Schiff, ND, co-investigator

This is a multi-center, collaborative grant (Yale University, Dartmouth University, Mayo Clinic) that aims to carry out a first-in-man feasibility study of combined responsive neurostimulation for epileptic seizures and central thalamic deep brain stimulation for the treatment of ictal and post-ictal unconsciousness. The long-term goal of these studies is to establish a new therapeutic avenue for epilepsy patients.
